Love the art style and simple easy gameplay of this game. There’s 700 Pokémon to collect, which is most of them at least considering this game is 6 years old. The usual type weaknesses are great to think about while playing and add a fair amount of thinking that make the game have a lil more depth to it. Mega Evolutions included is also a bonus. The gameplay is super simple, you basically just press A or B buttons as you approach other Pokémon , each one has a different attack for each Pokémon. As you KO Pokémon there is a good chance they turn into a toy that you can collect and add to your collection/team. You play through short ish levels till you reach a big boss Pokémon at the end of each level, and have the chance of adding the boss Pokémon to your team once you defeat it. The main goal of the game is obviously to collect all the Pokémon, like the usual Pokémon games. But this game makes it way easier and faster to catch Pokémon. I love the art style of the Pokémon and the environments you play through. I’d rate this a 9 out of 10, because I’m a huge Pokémon fan, and it’s just a super easy approachable game for casual players and the art is charming and cool looking. ⬛️The main con would just be the game is too simple, and doesn’t offer a huge amount of difficulty. But it’s fun to me and I’d buy a new one if they made it lol.
